How do I get help with the app?

Email support@incognitive.ai with a description of what you're seeing. Screenshots help. Because everything runs on your device, please include your phone model and OS version — we have no logs or account data to look up on our end.

Is my data really private?

Yes. The model runs entirely on your phone. Your prompts, documents, and conversation history never leave the device and are never sent to us or anyone else. There's no account and no cloud copy.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@incognitive.ai. Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps to reproduce it. We read every message.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Open your device's subscription settings to view, change, or cancel. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Which devices are supported?

Incognitive runs on recent iPhones and Android phones with enough on-device capability to run the model. If you're unsure whether your device is supported, reach out and we'll check.
